• What sets your shed apart from the competition?
  • As a perspective shed customer we encourage you to view the competition. You will find that our buildings come standard with many features which are options from other companies. We pride ourselves on our 2"x6" Pressure Treated floor joist standard on all of our buildings. Furthermore, we supply an additional 2"x6" beam down the center of our 10' and 12' depth buildings. This in combination with the 5/8 underlayment plywood we use creates one of the most rigid floors in the industry.
• Do you have to drive a large truck across my lawn?
  • Our sheds our pre-fabricated and brought to your property in sections.  These sections are heavy, however, as long as our truck can unload within 100ft of the shed location we will manually carry the pieces into position.  This virtually eliminates damage to landscaping.
• Do you use sub-contract labor to construct your sheds?
  • No!  Sub-contract labor eliminates our abilty to control one of the most important aspects of the whole shed purchasing process. We want to be able to make sure that our installers are well trained and provided with the best possible equipment to do their job in the best possible manner. 
• What types of siding do you offer?
  • We offer pine, vinyl, and cedar.
• What is the most popular siding?
  • Vinyl! Many people are on the go and do not have the time to worry about maintaining their storage shed.  We are proud to offer the only truly maintenance free vinyl shed.  We even offer a synthetic door that does not dent or scratch!
• Do your pine and cedar buildings come unfinished?
  • Yes, our pine and cedar buildings come unfinished ready for your personal touch!

• How many roof shingle colors do you offer?
  • We offer six standard 25 year 3 tab roof shed shingle colors
    • White

    • Light Brown
    • Dark Brown

  • We also offer an optional 30 year architectural shed shingle in four colors. These include:
    • Gray
    • Black
    • Light Brown
    • Weathered Wood

    (*Architectural shingles are not available on gambrel roof style sheds*)

• Can I pick what color shutters I would like to have installed?
  • Of course, we offer 9 different shutter colors.
• How long do you warranty your sheds for?
  • 25 years!
• Do you install the buildings year round?
  • Yes, even if there is snow on the ground we can still build as long as the actual building location is clear.
• My local building department requires sono tubes to be installed. How many of these cement footings do I need and where do I position them?
  • We can provide you with a foot print diagram of suggested sono tube placement.  However, we recommend you have your local building official review it and let you know what depth the sono tubes should be set to.
